In this deeply personalized 90-minute session, your sonic therapist plays crystal bowls, gongs, and ceremonial instruments while your massage therapist works with your body's fascia and neural pathways.

This is sound and touch in conversation with each other, happening simultaneously. As live vibrations fill the room and move through your body, skilled hands meet your muscles and connective tissue.

The sound becomes your anchor—each time your mind wanders, the live frequencies call you back to the present moment. This isn't passive relaxation; it's an active practice of returning to yourself through the interplay of vibration and sensation.
